Selfish

Alright, alright...I have been a bit selfish. Keeping our pictures and life to myself. If I were to use excuses, I'd initially say it was because I started a new job last week, but that would be a poor excuse, because the new job gives me more time at home. My valid excuse is that the weather is nicer now and we have been busier because of it. All the more reason to blog, though.

Well, here's where I last left off...Mater has begun to eat solid foods. This event is always good for a chuckle or two...if you're not the one trying to administer that food. Sarah blames me that she learned how to blow raspberries at about the same time she started eating these brightly-colored mush meals.

Some of that food must make it down the chute, though. We're thinking of contacting Michelin Tires and setting up a contract.

Caitin loves playing with her sister, and even though she knows Mater has quick hands to grab hair, she often puts her head right in Mater's lap for the taking. Then she squeals, "Maaateeerrrr! Dad, Mater has my hair! Heeeelp!"

Here Sarah and Jamie are just posing for the picture. Both are happy, I promise.

Red Rock to Black Rock

While I grew up in the land of red rock, I now live in the land of black rock. These are completely different in terms of riding style and care, but the geologic formations still draw me away from the city, and offer relief from the stresses of life. These photos are from a little ride I done-did on Saturday.
